Real Ales

As a Free House we always have a variety of ever changing real ales from local breweries. We use Pins to ensure we can have a wide range that's always at its best.
If you ever want to see a particular ale let our friendly bar staff know and with enough requests it might just grace our pumps.

Amber Ale

Venture has a light and fruity flavour, thanks to the use of American hops. This amber ale is crisp, with a refreshing hoppy and citrus finish. You'll enjoy the delicate balance of malt and hops, making it an easy-to-drink beer. Perfect for beer drinkers who want to experience new flavours without committing to a heavy or intense brew.

London Pride

Amber Ale

Brewed under the watchful eye of our Griffin since the 1950s, London Pride is unmistakably London's beer. With its well-rounded flavour and rich history, everything about this authentic, characterful beer binds it to our capital city and the people who love it.

Mole Trap
Best Bitter

A well balanced session beer

Crisp hoppy bitterness with a late malty flavour coming through.

Fresh dry hop, herbal character is provided by the mix of challenger and first gold hops. The use of crystal malt in the grist gives a satisfying toffee/caramel note and the addition of a little black malt adds just enough astringency to give a clean dry finish.

Our draught lagers. With four to choose from we have something for everyone .

Birra Moretti

An authentically Italian quality lager brewed with passion and the finest quality ingredients. A special blend of quality hops creates a well-balanced lager with some hoppy and fruity notes, finished with moderate bitterness and a clean aftertaste.

Authentic and refreshing, true to its recipe since 1904. Easy to drink, with the right base for thirst quenching.

Founded in 1904 by two brothers  Tomás y Roberto Osborne Guezala, this beer takes its name from a stone cross, La Cruz del Campo, where the first factory was built.

At Carlsberg, the pursuit of better beer is in our DNA. More than 100 years after our founder J.C. Jacobsen mastered the art of brewing great Pilsner, we're still looking for ways to improve our beer. Our perfectly balanced Danish Pilsner is wonderfully crisp and refreshing, with a full flavour and a distinctive hoppy aroma. Skål!
